Handling of warehouse logistics at the customer's facility
The outsourcing formula, in which the handling and management of logistics processes takes place at the customer’s warehouse, may be applicable due to the long duration of the customer’s involvement in the facility. In such a solution, we delegate a team of employees to an indicated warehouse throughout Poland. This team takes full control over the course of logistics processes in the indicated facility. The processes are carried out in accordance with the individual Service Level Agreement developed between the customer and KMC-Services.
The most important benefits of such a solution include:
- lack of personnel costs
- ack of costs of using specialised warehouse infrastructure and WMS type IT tools
- use of the operator’s knowledge and experience
- the fact that the responsibility for the agreed process parameters rests with the operator – KMC-Services
Contracts in this formula are executed both in the short and long term.
