Serviced logistics warehouses
Our logistics warehouses are Class A and A+ facilities designed to support day-to-day warehousing and distribution processes. The client receives not only warehouse space, but also operational support, so there is no need to independently organize receiving, storage, picking, or dispatch.
We offer three locations with different operational profiles. The warehouse in Modlniczka serves southern Poland and clients from the Kraków area, the warehouse in Gdańsk supports port-related and distribution operations in northern Poland, and the warehouse in Olkusz provides a strong operational base for companies operating near the border of Małopolska and Silesia. Logistics warehouse rental

Logistics warehouse – Kraków
The warehouse in Modlniczka near Kraków is a Class A+ facility located at Komandosów 1/2 Street, in the GLP logistics park, directly by the A4 motorway and close to Kraków‑Balice Airport. The facility offers 17,000 m² of storage space and 27,000 pallet places. The warehouse is equipped with high‑bay racking and shelving and serves manufacturing, trading, importer, and e‑commerce customers.

Logistics warehouse – Gdańsk
The warehouse in Gdańsk is a modern Class A+ facility located near the Port of Gdańsk. This location makes it easier to handle import, transhipment, and further distribution of goods throughout the country.
The warehouse is prepared to handle processes related to imports, distribution, e‑commerce, and other logistics operations for customers who use sea freight and need efficient consolidation and distribution in northern Poland.

Logistics warehouse – Olkusz
The warehouse in Olkusz is located in the RB Logistics Olkusz logistics park at Aleja Tysiąclecia 2A and provides a solid operational base for companies serving both the Małopolska and Silesia regions. Its location close to national road No. 94 makes it easy to organize deliveries and distribution.
The facility offers 11,000 m² of serviced warehouse space, including 6,200 pallet places in high‑bay racking and 5,000 m² of floor storage. The warehouse is equipped with shelving racks, loading docks, drive‑in gates, and a 24/7 CCTV monitoring system.
