How we work — 4 stages with a clear outcome
Stage 1 — Audit of the current state
We map processes, collect data, and identify bottlenecks and cost categories. We analyze the entire supply chain or a single agreed module. The outcome is a diagnostic report and a list of identified cost, quality, and risk potentials.
Stage 2 — Proposals and recommendations
For each identified potential, we prepare a concrete solution with business justification: cost, time, savings, and risk. The outcome is an action plan with defined priorities for quick improvements and structural changes, as well as a valuation of expected results.
Stage 3 — Implementation support
We help implement the recommendations — from the selection of suppliers and systems such as WMS, ERP, or MRP, through procedures and contracts, all the way to training the entire team and supervising the change. The outcome is implemented solutions, ready-to-use procedures, and a fully prepared customer team.
Stage 4 — Measurement of results
We measure indicators before the project starts and after implementation. The customer receives hard data: how much was saved, how much OTIF improved, and how much working capital was released. The outcome is an efficiency report with measurable financial as well as operational results.
